I’m Veronica — an ex-athlete and women’s coach who has spent over a decade helping women build strength, lose weight, and create habits that actually stick.

I’ve coached hundreds of women, and before that I worked in gyms teaching thousands of people how to train and take care of their health. Over the years, I kept seeing the same pattern:

For me, this work is deeply personal. I lost my dad to lifestyle-related illness, and I’ve watched my mum’s health decline with dementia. That made me realise something most women don’t think about until much later: our daily habits shape our future health far more than we realise.

Now that I have daughters of my own, it matters even more. I want to be in the photos. I want to feel strong. I want to be around for my kids for as long as possible. And I know so many women want the same.
